Turkey's Revenge I

Most years around this time I do a Thanksgiving-themed drawing. This year I invited my nieces & nephews in drawing them too. My first offering:

I'm not super happy with it, I actually got kind of bored with it halfway through the coloring process. More later!

Netflix Scribbles

I'm currently watching the series "Community" on Netflix for the third time through this year. When I do that, I draw...

Snow-Tober

I had today off, and it snowed, from the middle of last night until midday. So I drew a Jack O'Lantern assaulted by snow!

Days 5 and 9

I was at work on hold with tech support yesterday afternoon, so I took advantage of the down time to draw Days 5 (Vampire) and 9 (Werewolf) of Inktober:

I used the tools at hand: post-it notes, Sharpies, and highlighter markers (after first sketching the carousing pair with a ball point pen).

Day 14 - Jester

I decided to color today's drawing with ONLY markers instead of colored pencils. SO much brighter!

Mash-Up: Days 3-4-6

I am wayyy behind for this year's Inktober, so I combined three days to produce a meeting of prompts:

The Witches head to the beach to visit their cousin The Siren, and her boyfriend, The Demon.

Somewhat Spooky

This year's Instagram Drawing Challenge is no the official #Inktober of the last few years. I am going with another prompt list called "Somewhat Spooky". It's a lot more simple, and I've let the nieces & nephews know about it.

Killer Birch

Another drawing. I used the 'brush' tip Pigma Micron pen for the birch bark effect.

Fish - Revisited

I found this fish drawing in an old notebook. It was just a black & white pen drawing, so today I colored it with Prismacolor pencils:

Wizard Duel

I spent the last few days drawing this duel of wizards as I was online playing far too much "Elvenar" (haha). I sketched it out with a fine ball point pen, then outlined & shaded it with Pigma Micron pens. Coloring was done mostly with Prismacolor pencils, as well as two metallic pens.

Phrixes - Final

I actually finished this a few days, ago, just hadn't had time to upload. Final colors, and then heavy ink outline for definition.

Phrixes - Redux

On Friday I decided to change the 2-headed axe-wielding warrior Phrixes (FRIX'-eez) into a wizard, and his (formerly) wizard sister Phria (FREE'-ah) into an acrobatic warrior. I still need to do all the shading, and add the spell effects on his hands.

Dungeon Drawing Delve

Time for this year's big drawing challenge on Instagram.
I'm going to see how much I can get the nieces & nephews involved this time around.
I just sent out a Snapchat to J&J, C,H&G, and S.
