Wednesday - IDK

I was bored, and this Kirby-esque creature came out of my brain, pencil and markers:

Tuesday - A Boat

I drove by this boat on Tuesday (and returned to it on Wednesday for a "Beer on a Boat" moment). I only brought pencils, black ink pens, and thin colored pens, and using only the latter, this is what I ended with (from memory, and not a direct sketch):

Tiny Lightsabers

Today's entry was drawn on 11" x 14" paper to demonstrate how cool .005 tip pens can be. It's two Jedi dueling in a remote wasteland, with an astromech droid (obviously not R2-D2, for he is far too brave) running away...

Downton-ish

I'm off for 9 days in a row, and I'd decided to draw every day. Here is yesterday's "Downton Abbey" - inspired scribble (Lady Edith, played by Laura Carmichael, is my favorite):

A quick doodle

I technically based this loosely off of a picture I was looking at on my computer but its free hand. And I made certain alterations.

Help me figure out a power that suits me so I can build my Legionaire.

Legionnaire Ken - 1 of 2

The first half of my progress from our current drawing challenge, me as a member of the 'reboot' Legion of Super-Heroes. The idea was to think up powers, and then choose a codename and design a uniform in the style of that era (the big "L" belt and vertical swaths of color).

I haven't thought of a name yet, but my power set is energy that gives off force, but not heat, kind of like Cyclops of the "X-Men", but more versatile. It can be used for propulsion (flight), shields, and offensively (like a long-distance punch or shove).

Note: as the team is comprised of teens and young adults, I drew myself as I was when I was in college (i.e: with hair -heh).

Color and power 'effects' will follow.
