Last Week's Drawings

At the beginning of last week I had a blank piece of paper upon which I wrote a list of things to accomplish, as well as use for a place to do daily doodles. I did four:

Squid and Buff

A very strong woman and a cute green squid. I like the squid a lot more.

 

Missing in Action

It's been forever since I have drawn anything worthy of saving (or at all, except for calendars and a couple of journal scribbles). I'll try to get on that... 

The next one I post will be the first drawing of 2026. OOPS!

Dem Boots

Sometimes you see something and you just want to draw it. This is Minju, one of the members of the K-Pop band Illit. In their music video for the song "Tick-Tack" she has on these giant pink boots, and they just add charm to the whole thing, so I drew her last night in a cartoony way.

LD Again

Last night I drew the same woman twice. It's supposed to be Bae Su-Ji (Bae Suzy, from "Doona!" and other shows). Definitely needs work!

More LDs

Last night I drew the same woman (different from the previous post) twice. I'm going to work on faces for awhile, in between my usual super heroes and sword & sorcery drawings.

Life Drawings

Last night I decided to try to draw the same face three times in a row, to see how similar they might be.

I think there was improvement as I went.

Woman

Every once in awhile I try to draw someone who is not a fantastical creature or superhero.

Tonight I drew a blonde woman, with actress Erin Moriarty somewhat in mind. 

Palm Trees

Since "Survivor" has begun a new season, I was inspired to draw a naked woman behind two palm trees. Also, when I was a kid "Charlies Angels" did a few episodes in Hawai'i, and there was a similar scene with my all-time favorite Angel, Cheryl Ladd. I had the trading card!
