Four - Cactus

Today being a Sunday, I had the NFL, and also, related to the month and not the day of the week, Halloween on the brain. So I drew today's prompt word, 'cactus', with those things in mind. It resulted in this Cact O'Lantern, catching and deflating a football.

Random Halloweenie

I wanted to draw something specifically Halloween-related, so in between all of the Inktober stuff, I drew this goofy jester carrying a Jack O'Lantern last night.

Tree House Notes

We are aspiring artists. We draw, we write, we snap photographs of things we find interesting.

Why "Balsa Wood Tree House"? A tree house is usually built by committee, out of cool things that are lying around. It is sturdy, but a bit rough around the edges. It is rarely built by a professional carpenter. As we are not pros, our talent level is akin to balsa on a 'wood scale'. You wouldn't build a museum out of balsa wood, but it is versatile and fun. Hopefully you find our artistic contributions to be the same.
